Giggle Circles

For weeks we were planning the launch of Giggle Circles in the community. 

And Circle is finally giggling!

Giggle Circles are groups of children and their families who come together once a month to experience laughter as an exercise.

We are also inviting speaker each months to talk to us about different topics like nutrition, breathing relaxation techniques, art expression and a lot more.

This month, Fernanda did some awesome {truly awesome} work bringing joy and laughter to the children in her community in Pembroke Pines. :)

Learning to Laugh!

I am a huge fun of A cup of Jo. Love her blog and her stories. I was happily surprised when she posted a video featuring the great Dr. Katharia in one of his training for laughter yoga Leaders.

Elite Academy!

Hi there! today we went to the Elite BHC school, and we had a blast! Oh my! We went in and did our thing: 13+ laughter exercises and the silent laughter game with 8 wonderful kids from the school.
They enjoyed it and we laughed so so so much.

One of the kids said: "I laughed so much that I think I can't laugh anymore..." and then he chuckled.
