Learning to Laugh!

I am a huge fun of A cup of Jo. Love her blog and her stories. I was happily surprised when she posted a video featuring the great Dr. Katharia in one of his training for laughter yoga Leaders.

Joanna in her own words: "It sounds nutty, but my friend Scott recently tried it with a group of friends and said it was surprisingly awesome. Would you give it a shot?"
